Day 1
July 24, 2011 (Sunday)
Today we had church. Briel officially stayed in my room. Megan is next door. We don't have a leader sleeping in our room. So today we got split up to go to different people's houses in Cork from Donnybrook Church. Heather, Jonathon, David, and I went to a house out in the country that was gorgeous! Heather and I had a photo shoot there. She is gorgeous! It was so cool. That was still exhausting. So tomorrow I, Charity, David, Heather, Megan, etc. get to help with Sports Camp while everyone else goes on the streets including Briel and the Goods. So yeah, we got cool shirts that are red and say Mission Ireland. Also when Heather and I got back we had another photo shoot of Charity. That was pretty cool.
July 22, 2011 (Friday) -To Toronto
Today I left for a missions trip to Ireland. I think my dad is going to miss me the most. My official travel buddy is Charity. I miss home already. My dad kept offering for me to stay home, but I have to do this to defy the enemy of any power in my life. Right now we're flying to Canada. Nate, Ethan, Rachel, Elijah, Josiah, and I are all in the same row. I am in 26D. Everything went fine with the airport; I just hope nothing happens while we're in Ireland. I rode with Brandon, Charity, Megan, Jonathon, and David to the airport. Ug, my cursive is so bad. You have to use your passport for everything it seems. Briel and I aren't sitting next to each other. We have neat t.v.'s though in the plane. Maui is sitting ahead of me watching Red Riding Hood. Ug, I forgot to get plants vs. zombies or whatever it is. I miss home, but I need to do this. Jesus, I need your strength and peace and rest. I didn't get to film take off. Rachel is going to make me laugh pretty soon. Red Riding Hood is really distracting.
After Lunch/Dinner
We arrived alright. My stomach is okay. During the hours we've been here the airport has filled dramatically. Our stuff has seemed to increase as well. This flight has really worn me out. Half-way through the flight, Kristyn made me switch seats with her so I could sit next to Briel. I still can't believe we're in Canada.
Day 2

July 23, 2011 (Saturday)
We finally arrived in Ireland. Oh my goodness! I think Brandon is officially my brother. He's such a good friend. Now I'm in my room without any Anthem girls. Megan, however, is right next door. Beth, Michael, Jonathon, and Keith and his wife are also staying in this building. I need to contact my mommy. At first I was going to be in a room with girls only from the missionary school, but Briel eventually got transferred to my room so there would be another American with me, but Megan is by herself? Oh well. Brandon is my brother officially. He reminds me of Aaron so much. He is just so amazing! Yeah, we're Americans. I'm too tired to explain anything.

Every single night at like 11pm we all meet in the Pre-fab for a meeting to overview/review (debrief) the day. Today I had to lead 11 5-6 year olds around with Taidhg. Oh my, what a day. 5-6 year old boys are the least obedient I think. The youth rally/venue was really good. We got to do Ragman and Everything and Charity was the everything girl and David was Jesus. I was weeping girl. Charity hurt her knee and needed my brace. Oh my. I also was kinda in charge of the everything props. Maui had it filmed on his camera by Keith, too.

July 25, 2011 (Monday)
Today was Monday. I helped lead a group of 7-9 year old girls at Sports Camp in the fun side rotation. That was pretty fun. So Keziah is a girl in Megan's dorm and she's crazy. I love her so much. We also had an awesome prayer meeting before the park outreach after Sports camp in the evening at the same place which is in Carrigaline. We stay in Ringgaskiddy. But yeah I followed David around and we handed out flyers to people/talked to them. But again Briel didn't come with me. David hates getting picture taken, making me his enemy. =( Cynthia, in my room, is so sweet. I was pretending to be asleep/while falling asleep, and Cynthia walked up and picked my blanket up and put it on me. She's so sweet. I stayed in the Middle House. Charity, Heather, Kristyn, and others stayed up in the houses.

Today was Tuesday. We had camp again. I am so exhausted.

Every single night at like 11pm we all meet in the Pre-fab for a meeting to overview/review (debrief) the day. Today I had to lead 11 5-6 year olds around with Taidhg. July 27, 2011 (Wednesday)
Today was the last day of Sports Camp. I think my favorite kid was Chelsea who's like 4 or 5 I think. I know I'm not supposed to pick favorites, but that is a very extremely difficult task. Last night while we were doing our dramas, a group of guys laughed at me while I was crying during Ragman. It breaks my heart to see them laugh at the gospel like that. I pray for them. Also earlier today at Sports Camp the Irish Bethany Cassidy made me a bracelet with hemp and nine beads, 3 orange, 3 white, and 3 green which are the Ireland flag colors. She's so sweet. Also Chelsea, 4, a girl in my group is the cutest. So they gave each kid a medal then they had extra medals which kids could give to their leaders. Chelsea found me, got a medal from Danielle told me to 'get short' and put a medal around my neck. She was the cutest, sweetest thing. I then saw her at the church meeting that night. She tried to show me her nose that was scratched but I had to tell her to go with her mom because she was waiting for Chelsea. I love her so much! Michael preached at the thing on Wednesday and Heather gave her testimony.

July 28, 2011 (Thursday)
So today was our sight-seeing day. Ireland is so pretty. The countryside is so gorgeous. First we went to a castle and basically just took picture there. Next we went to Kilarney National Park and visited a really pretty waterfall. Since Charity hurt her knee I walked her up the hill with Keith and Josiah took my camera and took a ton of pictures. A lot of people climbed up the waterfall. Kristyn, Josiah, Charity, and I all went up this huge staircase next to the waterfall. It was so tiring then we went to Lady's Point/View or one of the two. It was so pretty. People decided to climb down the marsh and then Josh, Ethan, and Maui went exploring. So we were all worrying/ looking for them. . After that we went to a harbor, then we had either fish and chips or chicken and chips. So chips=fries, and crisps=chips. Right before we had our dinner, we explored around a castle, that was pretty cool. The guys were doing hardcore parkour. It was really fun watching them. Briel was following them of course. So David and Maui were climbing these 8 foot or so walls. They jump/run up the walls then jump off. So Keziah did it too and hurt her ankle. I felt so bad for her. She said she would be too embarrassed to accept any help from anyone and hated the fuss we were making. Also yesterday, during Sports Camp, I took my group into Snacks & Bible Story. They were doing the Prodigal Son/adapted version skit and Maui was the bad kid who 'stole' David's money at McDonald's. So Maui walked up to me and gave me his credit card so I pretended to be a McDonald's cashier/ Then Jonathon did the same thing to keep the storyline going, y'know. So that was fun, everyone was in shock though at it, lol. It was really funny. I never got to talk to Maui about it afterwards.

July 29, 2011 (Friday)
So at like 4 am, I got sick from my medicine. So I woke Briel up to get Carla, she wouldn't; so I told her to get Megan which she did. Then I threw up, wonderful =p. So I slept after that 'til like 8am then Briel left for Street Evangelism. Megan moved her bedding to sleep on our floor. She was so excited to go but stayed back with me, and then Charity did the same because of her knee. So I slept again 'til like 2pm and woke up and colored and read Song of Songs while listening to 'Beloved' by Tenth Avenue North. I <3 that song. I then wrote a pretty design on my arm using Song of Songs 4:7 in purple ink and then over it with black. By the end of the day I went to a youth rally which was really cool. Afterwards, I went outside to dance to 'Marvelous Light' with Josiah and Charity. Then Lucianne told us to go inside to be a good example for the other lads. Then later when we were loading buses, I spun around again and slapped my fist against the concrete wall which hurt and Briel and Heather watched me do it too and were laughing. It hurt. The bus ride back was really loud; Joel was singing and playing his harmonica. Heather and I obviously were on the wrong bus.! So I just remembered also when we got back from the rally Evie had left a tray of cookies out for us but the Irish kids had arrived there first and eaten a lot of the cookies. So Michael, Megan, and I didn't get any at first. So basically all week the kitchen is an off-limits zone. So Michael seeing we had no cookies went into the kitchen and sneakily looked around for more and found a package. Then grabbed it and try to hide it behind his arm and get out of the kitchen, but then Evie entered the kitchen and Michael froze. It was really funny. Then Evie said he was fine and could take them. Then Michael with his prize came out of the kitchen to the awaiting Megan and I, opened the package. Then Joel walked up and tried to take some and Michael said,"Anh, Ladies First," then let me and Megan take some. It was really funny.

So today was my first day street evangelizing and I was picked to be weeping girl in Ragman three times! I was really surprised. I didn't really get into any conversations though. One guy I heard was a possibilitarian and he just wouldn't accept anything we said. My heart just dropped while I heard him argue so I eventually walked away and got Michael to go over and talk to him. Briel said the guy was getting antsy by the time he left. Another man said that what we were doing was the biggest con job ever or of all time or something like that. And this one guy was like 'Why are you doing this?' and I said 'Because Jesus loves you.' and he said 'you don’t me,' then said, 'It was really insulting to fill their streets with all this garbage. He walked away I shouted 'I'm sorry sir!'. It was an interesting day. Then we went shopping at Penney's. I got a sweater/jumper, necklace, bracelet, and hairband. Then we had a youth rally at the church and a lot of people came. It was really cool. I feel so bad when I almost fall asleep in service. After service we all went to McDonald's. It was great. Briel and I 'shared' a McFlurry. And after we heard a drunk guy yelling behind Heather and Briel and Charity and me who were a few yards ahead of everyone else. It was scary/creepy.
